The goal of Yoga4Health is to empower clients to improve their health through the practice of yoga. As a certified Yoga Instructor with a health care background, the combined strength of traditional health care and the healing qualities of yoga are used.
Combining the Eastern and Western approach has the potential to promote health, balance and longevity - they are complementary to each other. With the aid of an instructor trained in both approaches in a safe learning environment, this potential is possible. At Yoga4Health, yoga is not an exercise class but a way of life.
